CrisisAlert is an additional measure that Brazosport ISD is taking to fortify safety measures for all our students and staff. The system’s effectiveness and ease of use provide our staff with the confidence and peace of mind necessary to maintain a secure learning environment

We love it. It’s such a great product. There are not too many things that are easy anymore, especially in education, and this is an easy one.

We don’t want our staff to have to rely on their cell phones. Many of our schools don’t have good cell service, as well as many staff members don’t always have their phones on them. The wearability of CrisisAlert gives us total coverage and immediate connection to law enforcement if needed. We also wanted something that could support our current systems (i.e. Informacast) and investments, and CrisisAlert does just that.

The goal is to immediately notify everyone on campus that the school is under a threat and follow safety protocols as soon as possible.

From past experience, we knew that great technical support, customer service and quick turnaround time is important. We’re completely satisfied with Brivo, as it can scale to whatever and wherever we need. The learning curve was short and sweet.

What I appreciated is that Urban Sky was willing to reinvent the infrastructure that was already in place. It was a much greater vision that they had for the entire campus, that even I didn't foresee.

We went out on a mission to find a company to partner with, and at the end, the decision was really clear, we were going to be working with Urban Sky.
